Easton brings a dynamic blend of student leadership, educational advocacy, and logistics expertise to his role as Logistics Coordinator for Kids Feeding Kids. A proud 2025 graduate of Smith Center Jr./Sr. High School in Kansas, Easton is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Education at the University of Kansas, where he is preparing for a career in education policy and public service.
With a deep-rooted passion for Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs), Easton has served in several high-impact leadership roles, including as a three-time Kansas FCCLA State Officer and a National FCCLA Officer, where he advocated at the highest levels of government. His work included meetings with the U.S. Department of Education, notably with the Assistant Secretary of Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE), as well as with the Director of USDA’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) to promote the value of Career and Technical Education (CTE) and support for CTSOs nationwide.
Easton's commitment to empowering students and supporting educators also led him to a professional role on Missouri FCCLA State Staff, where he serves as Communications Coordinator, contributing to strategic planning, event coordination, and statewide communications. His job shadow with the Chief of Government Relations at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) further reflects his dedication to understanding and shaping the intersection of education and policy.
Known for his leadership, initiative, and collaborative spirit, Easton has delivered keynote addresses, led statewide training sessions, and contributed to numerous student-driven service projects across the Midwest. His experience navigating national and state-level logistics, combined with his firsthand understanding of the classroom, makes him a uniquely qualified member of the Kids Feeding Kids team.
As Logistics Coordinator, Easton supports the coordination of program operations and school partnerships—helping ensure that students and educators have the resources they need to turn culinary classrooms into engines of social impact. His background in FCCLA, student leadership, and educational policy bring a valuable voice to our mission, and he is honored to contribute to a program that empowers young people to fight food insecurity and lead with empathy.
