Rachael Redler, Program Operations Director

Rachael is a strategic project leader dedicated to bringing structure and momentum to complex, high-visibility initiatives. At Kids Feeding Kids, she focuses on implementing scalable process improvements that bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring the program's unique educational experiences can effectively reach classrooms across the country.


Before joining the team, Rachael was a Project Manager for Strategic Initiatives at the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), leading discovery and planning for major organizational priorities. Her diverse professional background spans chapter relations, national philanthropic programming, startup operations, and food service, giving her a versatile toolkit for navigating organizational growth.
